The Bread Lady was formed in 2011 by two friends: Juliann Black and Ellen Lee. Juliann is the baker with 22 years experience in her kitchen and Ellen handles the business end. A variety comes in plain, wheat, oatmeal, orange, and cinnamon sour dough loaves. Each loaf is made completely by hand and allowed to rise 3 times. The loaves make an unusual and inexpensive appreciated gift.
